Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LetHaiduCook, including the website at lethaiducook.com and any API integrations (including TikTok). By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing https://lethaiducook.com, creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or otherwise using LetHaiduCook, you enter a binding agreement with LetHaiduCook (“we”, “us”). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LetHaiduCook is an autonomous short-form video creation and growth engine. Users provide a raw idea, image, video clip, or website URL. The platform may generate scripts, voiceover, and programmatically rendered vertical videos, publish them to a connected TikTok account via the TikTok API, and analyze retention metrics to auto-tune future content. Features may change, be rate-limited, or be unavailable in some regions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and legally able to form a contract. You must also meet TikTok’s eligibility rules if you connect TikTok. The service is not offered to users we have previously suspended.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify support@lethaiducook.com immediately of unauthorized use. We may refuse, reclaim, or require verification of accounts to protect the service and other users.
5. TikTok API integration
Publishing and analytics features require you to authorize LetHaiduCook through TikTok OAuth. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and Privacy Policy. We do not control TikTok’s platform, ranking, or enforcement actions. TikTok may revoke API access, change scopes, or reject content. We are not liable for TikTok outages, policy strikes, reduced distribution, or account penalties imposed by TikTok.
You instruct us to store access and refresh tokens and to call TikTok APIs to upload, publish, schedule, and read performance metrics for videos associated with your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok settings or by contacting us.
6. User responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for content you upload (ideas, images, clips, URLs, trademarks, music, likenesses, and third-party materials);
- Your content and any published output will comply with applicable law, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, consumer protection, and advertising rules (including disclosure of commercial content where required);
- You will comply with TikTok Community Guidelines and will not use the service to spam, mislead, impersonate, or distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- You will not reverse engineer the service, interfere with other users, scrape the platform, or attempt to access tokens or data that are not yours;
- You remain solely responsible for content that is published to TikTok through your connected account, including comments and subsequent edits you make on TikTok.
7. AI content disclaimer
Scripts, captions, voiceover, visuals, and other outputs are generated or assembled automatically and are provided “as is”. AI systems can hallucinate, omit context, infringe third-party rights, or produce content that is inaccurate, offensive, or non-compliant with platform rules. You must review outputs before publishing. You retain final editorial control and legal responsibility for any media posted to TikTok or elsewhere using LetHaiduCook. We do not guarantee views, revenue, ranking, or that auto-tuning will improve performance.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the LetHaiduCook software, brand, mascot, and documentation. You retain rights in your source content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, and transmit your content solely to operate the service (including sending material to processors listed in the Privacy Policy). Rendered videos are licensed to you for use on your connected social accounts subject to these Terms and third-party rights in any stock, model, or voice assets. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation.
9. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by consumer law (including EU cooling-off rights where applicable). Usage limits, render minutes, and publish quotas are described at purchase. We may change prices with reasonable notice; the new price applies at the next renewal unless you cancel. Taxes may be added. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues until the period ends.
10. Account termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@lethaiducook.com. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law or TikTok, or if continued use would create legal, security, or operational risk. Upon termination we will delete or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that renders will be identical across devices, or that third-party APIs (including TikTok, model providers, TTS, cloud storage, or hosting) will remain available on the same terms.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETHAIDUCOOK AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR PLATFORM PENALTIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100). These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless LetHaiduCook from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your TikTok posts, your violation of these Terms or of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and retain any mandatory consumer protections of that country. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after the stated last-updated date constitutes acceptance where permitted. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the service and supersede prior proposals on the same subject.
